Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and procedures related to returns, exchanges, and cancellations in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. General Conditions

Compliance with Regulations:

All return and exchange processes are subject to the laws and consumer protection regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.

Return Period:

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

Product Condition:

The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and must include all accessories and manuals as received.

2. Cases Covered by the Store

Bayt Electronics will bear all shipping, return, or exchange costs in the following cases:

  1. A verified manufacturing defect in the product.
  2. Receipt of a different product from the one ordered or inconsistent with the description on the website.
  3. The product arrives damaged during shipping, provided the issue is documented with clear photos within 24 hours of receipt.

3. Cases Covered by the Customer

  1. If the customer wishes to return or exchange a product without any defect or manufacturing issue, the customer shall bear the return shipping cost, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
  2. Products that have been opened or used and are found to be free of manufacturing defects are not eligible for return, to ensure the safety of electronic components.
  3. The customer must properly pack the product before return and will be held responsible for any damage caused by poor packaging during shipment.

4. Proof of Defect or Fault

  1. The customer must provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect before sending the product.
  2. The store reserves the right to inspect the product to verify the cause of the defect before approving any return or exchange.
  3. If it is determined that the defect resulted from misuse, incorrect installation, or improper handling, the customer will bear the inspection and shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. All electronic components and sensitive parts (such as resistors, transistors, IC chips, modules, and any item that has been soldered or installed in a circuit).
  2. Products related to communication or wireless technologies (such as GPS, SIM modules, or wireless transmitters).
  3. Any product that has been opened, used abnormally, or lost its original packaging.
  4. Products that show signs of damage due to negligence, misuse, or exposure to liquids if not water-resistant.
  5. Products that have been modified, repaired, or serviced by unauthorized parties.

6. Return and Exchange Procedure

  1. Send a request via WhatsApp including:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos or video evidence of the product
  1. You will receive a response within 48 working hours with approval or rejection based on this policy.
  2. Upon approval, Bayt Electronics will issue a free return shipping label (in case of defect or error) or the customer will bear the cost (in case of personal preference).
  3. After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed to the bank account or credit card within 14 business days.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Customers may cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped without any additional fees, and the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  2. Once the order has been shipped, the initial shipping cost will be deducted, and only the product amount will be refunded.

8. Policy Updates

Bayt Electronics reserves the right to amend or update this policy in accordance with the laws of the Ministry of Commerce and market conditions.
